Effective Date: September 2026
At Zanniversal, we aim to provide clear project expectations before work begins. Because many of our services involve customised digital work, time, planning, and resources, our refund and cancellation terms depend on the stage and nature of the project.
Where a project requires an upfront deposit, the deposit secures the project and allows Zanniversal to begin planning, preparation, and work.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits are generally non-refundable once project work has commenced.
If a project is cancelled before work begins, any refund will be considered based on the circumstances and any costs already incurred.
A client may request cancellation of a project by contacting Zanniversal as soon as possible.
If work has already commenced, the amount refundable, if any, will depend on:
Work already completed
Time and resources already committed
Third-party costs already incurred
Project materials or deliverables already prepared
The terms agreed for the specific project
Any completed or substantially completed work may not be refundable.
Zanniversal may pause or cancel a project where:
Required payments remain outstanding
The client repeatedly fails to provide necessary information or approvals
The project requirements materially change without agreement
Continuing the project would create legal, technical, or operational concerns
Circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent completion
Where appropriate, we will communicate with the client before cancellation and discuss the available options.
Digital services are often customised and delivered progressively. Once a service or agreed deliverable has been completed and delivered, payment for that completed work is generally non-refundable.
Where a genuine issue exists with an agreed deliverable, we will first seek to resolve the issue through reasonable corrections or adjustments within the agreed project scope.
Where revisions are included in a project, they must remain reasonably related to the original agreed scope.
Requests that substantially change the original direction, requirements, or deliverables may be treated as additional work and may require an additional fee.
Where a project is delayed because required information, content, approvals, access, or feedback has not been provided by the client, the original delivery timeline may need to be adjusted.
Such delays do not automatically create a right to a refund.
Some projects may involve third-party expenses such as domains, hosting, software subscriptions, licences, paid assets, platform fees, or other external services.
Where these costs have already been incurred on behalf of a client, they may not be refundable by Zanniversal.
Third-party services may also have their own refund and cancellation policies.
Consultation fees, where applicable, will be communicated before a consultation is scheduled.
If a consultation needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, please notify us as early as possible.
Where a consultation has already taken place, the consultation fee is generally non-refundable.
To request a refund or discuss a cancellation, contact Zanniversal using the official contact details provided on our website.
