Most rapists want an easy target. SCREAM LOUDLY and FIGHT BACK as hard as you can. Chances are they’ll think you’re not worth it.
If you’re alone with someone in an elevator, start conversation with them and look them in the eye. If they think you’ll remember what they look like, they may not make the effort.
Hair that tangles easy/hair in ponytails are easier to pull
Rapists tend to target people with clothes that are easy to remove

If they’re choking you with both hands, JUST START SWINGING and chances are they’ll let go. THE MORE HANDS they have on you the LESS HANDS THEY HAVE TO DEFEND THEMSELVES.
Attack them in soft areas, especially the groin and the eyes

Other tips for fighting and preventing emergencies, assault, fraud, etc.
Running out of candles during blackouts: Use crayons.
Detecting fake mirrors (two-way glass): Put your finger to the mirror. If there is NO space between your finger and its reflection, it is two-way glass. Get out of there!
Detecting hidden cameras: Turn off the lights, close the curtains, and open your phone camera without flash on. Use your camera to look around the room for a red dot. Red dot = hidden camera. Get out of there!
Running away/hiding from someone: Check into a hotel as “unlisted”. Your attacker/stalker will not be able to find you. As far as staff is concerned, you were never there.
Fighting off attackers: Elbows can hurt people, use them. Many rape prevention tips apply here as well.
Moving into a new place: Change your locks. You never know who has a copy of the key.
If you ever end up in the trunk of a car, kick out the tail light, stick your arm out and wave wildly.
Escaping zip ties: Alternatively to avoid being stuck in zip ties, cross your wrists over each other if someone is forcibly putting them on. Uncross your wrists when they’re gone and you should have enough wiggle room to get your hands out
