This game is a trick taking game.
All players take out one card and compete against each other, and if they win, they get points.
The game ends when someone reaches 15 points in several rounds.
One of the attractions is that you can use the dealt tokens to manipulate the opponent's cards.
Welcome to the world of mischief and conflict.
Place the scoreboard within reach of everyone.
Hand out one screen to each participating player.
Spread the screen out a little and place it in front of you.
Place the disc that matches the color of the screen you were dealt next to 1 on the score board.
Depending on the number of players, adjust the color and number of cards used in the game, and the color of the tokens. (Exclude clear tokens)
*When playing with 4 or less players, please choose the color of the cards and tokens that are the same.
Unused cards and tokens are not used in this game, so put them back in the box.
[Determination of starting player]
If the starting player has not been determined, use a random method to determine the starting player.
[Token preparation]
The starting player puts tokens other than [clear tokens] into the bag and shuffles them.
[Token Acquisition]
Each player must obtain tokens in clockwise order from the starting player.
Each player gets 8 tokens from the bag.
Place your tokens inside the screen so that other players cannot see them.
When you get a token from the bag, take it out without looking inside.
[Surplus Tokens]
When all players have finished acquiring tokens, there will be some tokens left in the bag.
Place the bag on the edge so that the contents of the bag cannot be seen as it will not be used in this round.
[clear Token]
Check the scoreboard and the player with the lowest score gets 2 clear Tokens.
If there are 2 players with the lowest score, they each get 1 clear token.
If there are 3 or more players with the lowest score, clear tokens will be
Since you will not be using it, put it on the edge like the rest of the tokens.
[Preparing cards]
Shuffle the cards that you will use this time and distribute 8 cards to everyone.
Hold the dealt cards in your hand so that only you can see them.
That's it, the preparation for the round is complete. Proceed to the next [Game Instructions].
This game is a trick taking game.
Take turns from the starting player. When the turn is over, the turn moves clockwise.
There are two actions that can be performed on a player's turn: [Give Token] and [Play Card].
Please perform the actions in the order of [Give Token] and [Play Card].
This action is an optional action.
If there is a player who has issued a card before your turn, you can choose one card that has been issued and place a token on it.
You can take out any number of tokens of the same color as the card you want to put the token on from your screen and put them on the card.
Each token on the card adds 1 to the value of the card.
card number:3
token:2
3+2=5
A clear token is a token that has the property of being the same color as the card it is placed on. You can put it on with other tokens, or you can put it on only with clear tokens.
The number of tokens that can be put on the card is until the total number is 10.
card number:6
token:[red]3 [clear]2
6+3+2=11
card number:6
token:[red]2[clear]2
6+2+2=10
In accordance with the [Law of Shiranui], put out one card from your hand in front of you.
*The cards in front of you are called "tableau piles".
Once you have played your card, your turn is over. Next is the turn of the player to the left.
When all players have finished their turn, proceed to [Win/Loss Judgment].
[When there is no tableau pile]
The turn player (start player) can select and play one card of their choice from their hand.
[When tableau piles are one color]
The active player must play any card of the same color in his or her hand.
If you don't have a card of the same color, choose a card of your choice and play.
[When the tableau piles are of two or more colors]
The turn player should judge the strong color according to the judgment of [strength of color].
If you have a card with the same color as the strong color, you must play it.
If you don't have a card with a strong color at hand, choose one card of your choice and play.
The tableau piles are added up for each color to determine strength.
Strength judgment is not done in real time.
The timing at which the judgment is made will be after the active player has played the card.
[Total for each color]
The sum of the number written on the card and the number of tokens on it will be the number of that card.
Calculate the number of cards for each color, and the color with the highest total value will be the strongest color.
[red]5+3=8
[white]6+2=8
[white]1+0=1
In the left example, red is 8 and white has a total value of 9, so white is strong.
[When the total for each color is the same]
If there are multiple colors with the highest total value, the strong color is not updated.
It will be updated when it exceeds the total value determined for the current strong color by 1 or more.
In this case, the green put out by the starting player becomes the strong color.
[Judgment timing]
Strength is determined after the active player has played a card.
Even if the active player performs the [Grant token] action and the total value for each color changes, the strong color will not change.
The active player C puts two blue tokens on the blue card, but the strength is not judged, so red continues to be the strong color.
[If you put out a 0 card first]
If the value of the card issued by the starting player is 0, the total value is 0, but the color of that card becomes a strong color.
To determine victory or defeat, check the tableau piles to determine points and the next starting player.
[Winner decision]
The winner is the player with the lowest tableau pile value among the players who have cards of the same color as the strong color.
The total value of the tableau piles is the sum of the number written on the card + the number of tokens on that card.
If there are two or more winners, the last player to take a turn wins.
[Points to earn]
The difference between the winning player and the player with the next highest total value of cards among the players with cards of the same color as the winning player is scored.
If there is no player with the next highest card total after the winning player, then the winning player's card total is scored.
In this case, Player B is the winner and gets the difference of 3 points between the red 1 he played and the red 4 with the next highest total value.
In this case, player B is the winner and gets 3 points because he played green 3.
In this case, Player C is the winner and gets 6 points because he played a yellow 6.
[Reflection of points]
Advance the scored player's disc along the scoreboard squares by the number of points.
If you place a disc on a square that already has another player's disc, place it on top of it.
[Next starting player]
The player who wins this time will be the next starting player.
This is the end of the Win/Loss Judgment, please put the used cards in the center so that the back side can be seen.
Collect the used tokens in the center as well.
If the player still has cards in their hand, go back to [Game Instructions].
If the player's hand is empty, proceed to the next [end judgment].
Check the score board and if there is a player who has earned 15 points or more, the game ends.
The player with the most points wins.
If more than one player has the most points, the player on top of the overlapping discs is the winner.
If there are no players with 15 or more points, go back to [Round Preparation].
This rule is recommended for those who are accustomed to this game and want new stimulation.
First of all, I recommend playing with the normal rules.
During the [Determination of the Winner] of the [Win/Loss Judgment], if the total number of strong colored tableau piles is exactly 13, the winner and the points earned will be different.
The victory of the player who should have won is nullified, and the player with the next highest total value with the same color on the tableau pile wins.
The points won by the winner under this rule will be equal to the number of cards in his tableau pile.
[red] 7+0=7
[red] 1+0=1
[red] 0+1=1
[red] 4+0=4[WIN]
total 13
In this case, players B and C with the lowest numbers are eliminated, and player D with the next highest number wins and gets 4 points.
[Q]Can you put a green token on top of a red card?
[A]Only red tokens or clear tokens can be placed on red cards.
Clear tokens can be placed together with other tokens, or they can be placed on their own.
[Q]If there are 3 people with the same color and the lowest number, who will be the winner?
[A]The last player among the three to take a turn is the winner.
[Q]Will the strength of the color change when the token is placed on it?
[A]The [Grant Token] action does not change the strength of the color.
Please judge the strength of the color after the next [Play Card] action.
[Q]A player with 15 points appears, will the game end soon?
[A]The game will not end if you have cards left in your hand. Continue the game with that hand.
If you run out of cards, go to [End Judgment] and decide the winner of the game.
[Q]Is there a connection between the color of the screen and the color of the cards and tokens?
[A]There is no relation, please choose your favorite design and use the screen.
It is recommended that the color of the screen and the color of the discs placed on the score board be the same.
