Engineering Intern

• Developed a mathematical model of the force acting on needle during insertion in soft tissue during PCNL-Percutaneous Nephrolithotripsy.

• Proposed a state of art needle guidance procedure to ease the Access during PCNL Procedure and reduce the cognitive load on the user.

• Designed a 3D needle guide way to increase the accuracy of puncture and reduce the number of attempts to successful access during PCNL.

• Designed a 3D realistic setup of kidney and abdomen environment for R&D purpose and urologist training. 

Design Intern

• Worked on Designing, Stress analysis, Development and Quality check of the product.

• Designed a lightweight portable Bike platform with 37.5% weight reduction.

• Validate the design by using FEM simulation for varied mesh size.

• Commercialized 3 variants of the bike dolly depending on the range of bikes.
