1/Rules of Reservations and Cancellations:
- In case you booked a session and didn’t show up at the agreed upon date and time without presenting a viable excuse you will be blacklisted and no longer allowed into our training facilities.
- You can communicate with us about changing your session timings or dates in the form of an SMS or a call on our phone number (+201062398432 ).
- If you would like to cancel your slot please inform us at least 24 hours prior to the session and if you planned to start your training the same day you made your reservation you’re required to inform us at least three hours prior to the session. And in case of absence from the training session without making acceptable excuses the training quota will be calculated on the absent member.
2/ Attendance Rules:
- You should show up at the agreed upon time and date and in case you’re 15 minutes late the time will be discounted from the original timing of the session in addition to a 10 EGP late fee as long as there are no viable excuses for this tardiness for either party.
- The team “insert name here “ is allowed to cancel an entire day of training or some of it if an emergency arises as long as they keep us informed.
3/ Membership Rules:
- Fees paid are non-refundable.
- Your membership belongs only to you and you’re not allowed to abdicate it or allow someone else to use it.
- The membership is available for only the limited of time mentioned and there are no freezing membership.
- Membership renewal shall be after the expiry of its term.
- Membership may be changed to another at any time after payment of the fees due on the replacement membership if there any fee.
- Each member receives a membership card after paying their fees. Content of membership card (Membership category, membership type, duration of membership, number of sessions.
- Our training fees are for training only and non-inclusive pool rental fee, the member shall bear the fees of pool rental.
- A training member may choose to distribute the number of training courses that appear on the membership card in any of the three sports (swimming, Cycling and running) or choose one of them.
4/ Training Rules:
• Safety instructions must be followed at all times in the swimming pool.
• Your personal belongings are your responsibility and we are not responsible for their loss.
• It’s recommended to not eat two hours before practice.
• You’re not allowed to train without a helmet.
• It’s recommended that you wear cycling shorts.
• While cycling in the street you should remain in the right lane.
• If you’re cycling at night you should have with you lighting reflectors and night vision flashlights.
• You should listen carefully to the trainers instructions in order to remain safe.
• You should have a bottle of water in order to make up for all the liquids lost during training.
• You should arrive in appropriate sporting clothes and running shoes.
• It’s preferable to wear polyester and spandex clothing instead of cotton.
5/ Other Rules:
- • Showing up to practice whether its swimming, cycling, or running means you are physically able and fit to do so since all we can do is check the medical from you fill on our website where you inform us of your physical state and your fitness to start training you in the best possible way which is why you must fully and legally attest that you’re physically capable to train and that we are not at all responsible for and repercussions.
