►«ZaeerTRI» (زئير تراى) is an Egyptian Professional Sports team specializing in triathlon, strength training workouts, and endurance training.
We want to encourage anyone who is keen to try triathlon, even if you have never done anything like that before, we want to help people get the most out of the sport, but have lots of fun in the process.
ZaeerTRI's Coaches can help anyone who need to play triathlon, single sport (like: swim, cycle and run), strength training workouts, and endurance training.
Swimming
Success in swimming is having a balanced training with balanced life. We also said to each participate: You were born to win, but how do you win in swimming? How do you keep your training balanced? The short answer is you Swim to Win. The longer answer is you replace BAD habits as a professional swimmer with good ones.
ZaeerTRI's coaches can help you to reach what you plan before especially in swimming, don't forget you are not only swimmer, in triathlon focus on the balance and economy between the swimming, cycling and running, simply it's the key to be champ.
Cycling
The training sessions are meant to simulate cycling during triathlons, with a focus on stamina and endurance, as well as learning to ride in a group. The bike leg is the longest, most time-consuming segment, so you’re going to be fast in the discipline that most influences your overall time. That means you can spend more effort improving your swimming and running speed, which are often pretty big weak spots for cyclists. Don’t worry, you'll do fine if you give yourself enough time to train properly and follow ZaeerTRI's coaches feedback and tips. “learned the hard way” what they should and should not do. the result will be very good.
Running
You must remember that triathlon running isn’t the same as running. It’s important to know in our game how well you run subsequent to the first two components of the game. So a brick session is ideal for meeting or exceeding demands of competition.
Our sport isn’t one + one + one = three. It’s one + one + one = your goal. The comparative stresses are exponential. Often people in individual sports might think they have the solution for you based on, say, their experience as a swim coach. But that’s measuring success by what they do, not what we do. ZaeerTRI's coaches can give you the session running plan to improve your technique. so be ready!
