Rehearsal Schedule

This is an example of an official rehearsal schedule that I made for the show. I have specifically color coded different areas for different areas (regular rehearsals are in red, tech rehearsals are in purple, and performances are in green).

Daily Rehearsal Call Email

Despite sending out a full schedule in advanced, we still sent the company daily rehearsal call emails as a reminder, and in the case that there were any last minute adjustments. Daily rehearsal call emails were also used for other general reminders for the company.
