Dr.Who explains the James Joyce space/time message code
This blog post reviews the information database provided by James Joyce literature. To look at the database ….. we take the view .. that Dr.WHO might take.
Thus we put ourselves into an astronomy mode ..think of the EARTHLY space/time continuum and events and messages that occur within the space/time continuum.

Thus, the James Joyce announcement of June 16, 1904 was an announcement that Nature and it’s COMPUTER EARTH project plan reached some project milestone.
Why are the IRISH involved in this.
In addition to formatting space/time ..Nature is formatting the human eye/optical nerve to handle Base 16 hexadecimal input optical information data streams.
Hence, the eye/cornea / pupil /retina needed their bio-optical software to be up-graded.

But, the IRISH eyes fail ..they focus on songs and dances, bull-stories, bragging, and bedroom parties.
Thus ….we are reminded by James Joyce …..of the optical system used by Galileo and modern authors.
In James Joyce's case …. he is LINKED to James …. that is James Clerk Maxwell Electro-Magnetic field equations for light, radio, and TV waves.
Thus Dr.WHO would take a second look at the city of DubLin, Ireland.
We have the EARTH geography city of Dublin …… and will have the optical city of Dublin that is a subset existing within the velocity of light …and that city travels at c = 186,000 miles per second.
