The quantum TIME MACHINE helps explain the modern EARTH TIME battles

Year 1984 + Base 16 Hexadecimal Years = Year 2000
Year 2000 provides us with Y2K --> 2K data stream pipeline requirements for the millennium of Computer Earth SPACE/ TIME processor evolution.
The year 2000 New Year's Eve Event at TIMES SQUARE 42nd Street implies the new phase of TIME existence:
