This service guide is created based on a 100-page service book. It aims to make the package content of the InGenius service more accessible to new clients. Clients can select the topics they are interested in from the menu bar without going through the service book. The InGenius leadership team has reviewed this package guide and published it as their official marketing material.

As an Office Director, a part of my job is to introduce our service to clients. Our traditional way is to send clients emails containing the 100-page service book. However, clients often found it difficult to locate information in the service book. As a result, I am often overwhelmed by clients' questions about our service. To create an easier way for clients to understand our service, I designed and developed this package guide.
I studied the content of the service book closely, restructured the information by themes and topics. Then I selected the essential knowledge that should be included in this package guide. To avoid cognitive overload, I tailored some services and case studies into short paragraphs and left viewers the option to view the details by clicking on the buttons which direct them to the complete information.
I used Google Doc to organize the text-based storyboard, then I designed a low-fidelity prototype with Figma and developed the project with Articulate Storyline 360.
The menu bar is always on the left of the page to help viewers navigate. Besides, I added interactivities with buttons, layers, triggers, hyperlinks, and more.
This project was reviewed and edited by the InGenius marketing manager to match the company's visual style. The marketing manager rearranged the layout of several slides, replaced some images, and changed the theme color. All the texts, interactivities, and functionalities I created remained the same.
The InGenius leadership team approved this package guide and published it as their official marketing material. Because of this 10th-grade package guide, I am offered the opportunity to create more package guides for all InGenius services from 8th to 12th-grade.
