Analytical & Problem Solving Skills
In my work as an Office Director, I use data to understand and tackle business problems. Thus, I successfully established and grew the company's operations in a new market. I also learned to query and present data from my Business Analytics Nanodegree program at Udacity. I believe these skills are transferrable for learning analytics.
Technical Skills
I love utilizing technology to design and develop E-learning. I'm proficient in Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adobe XD, Affinity Designer, Figma, and data analytics tools such as EXCEL, SQL, and Tableau. I am also happy to use my artistic skills to create visually-appealing E-learnings.
Fun Fact
Besides E-learning, I am enthusiastic about helping people grow. When I go back to China, I often speak at universities and high-schools in my hometown to encourage young people to continue their education. One of my many speeches attracted 8,000 audiences live.
