I study how sport organizations, events, and programs can be managed to optimize their social impact on individual and community well-being. To this end, my research focuses on the intersection of (a) social impact measurement and management and (b) health and well-being promotion, as applied in sport and related contexts. This work generates theoretical insights relevant to both sport management and the broader service and management fields, while providing practical guidance to help organizations and policymakers design strategies that effectively enhance the social impact of sport.
