Xi received her B.S. degree in Building Environment and Equipment Engineering in 2015 from Wuhan Textile University and her M.S. degree in Power Engineering in 2018 from Guangzhou Institute of Energy Conversion, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Current research interest: combustion diagnostics; sustainable fuels; life-cycle analysis

Minghui received his B.S. degree in Building Environment and Equipment Engineering in 2019 from Northeast Agricultural University and his M.S. degree in Power Engineering in 2022 from Chongqing University.

Current research interest: sooting dynamics during combustion; image analysis

Daniel Olurotimi, Ph.D. Student

Daniel received his B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2025 from Clemson University. 

Daniel is a receipt of 2025-26 GAANN fellowship supporting his Ph.D. studies.

Aaron Cecil, Undergraduate Researcher

Aaron is a senior undergraduate student in Mechanical Engineering at Clemson University. He is working on the honors thesis for his B.S. degree.
