Master Yan’s talk, “From ‘Lying Flat’ to Renunciation,” examines how “Buddhist-style” and “lying flat” are often misunderstood as passivity, and reconsiders Buddhism as a path of truth, responsibility, and awakening.

YAN Wellbeing Session is a workshop arranged in collaboration with Kotoutumiskeskus Monika and Monika-Naiset, organizations supporting women with migrant backgrounds through integration, guidance, community, and everyday wellbeing.
Led by Master Yan, the session introduces practical and accessible tools for self-compassion, mental wellbeing, and managing migration-related stress across language barriers.

Ease into Zen, the first title in the Stainless Sea series, introduces readers step by step to the world of Zen in a light and easy-to-understand way.
