Monthly Meetings

YTRS holds regular monthly meetings from September through May.

For the 2026–2027 year, we will be trying a new format by alternating between in-person and virtual meetings. We have also moved our meetings to Thursdays. We hope these changes will help members maintain a balanced schedule while making it easier for more professionals to attend, share ideas, and learn from one another.

These meetings bring together District 4 Recreation Professionals to collaborate, exchange ideas, and inspire each other through discussions of annual programs, activities, and best practices.

Meeting Highlights

• Directors/Managers Panel Discussion in May

• Visits to recreation centers throughout the North Bay and South Bay

• Lunch & Learn sessions and “Best Of” presentations hosted by the meeting city

Time: 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Schedule: Traditionally held on the third Thursday of each month.
