Youth and Teen Recreation Services (YTRS) is a group of friendly recreation professionals who work in city or town municipalities, child development centers, and other youth and teen related agencies. YTRS members meet monthly to network, exchange ideas, identify trends in the field, share resources, and collaborate on annual YTRS projects such as the YAC Attack, YAC Social, Campcon, and more! 

The ultimate goal is to serve the youth and teen Bay Area community. Membership is free and is open to all youth and teen recreation professionals in the counties of San Mateo, Santa Clara, and San Francisco, also known as District 4.

YTRS is a committee of the District 4 California Parks and Recreation Society (CPRS) professional group, whose mission is to advance the parks and recreation profession through education, networking, resources, and advocacy. CPRS members are united in their commitment to improving people's lives. This networking happens across disciplines and agency boundaries to achieve together what we cannot do alone. CPRS strives to educate policymakers so that they vote with the premise that parks and recreation is an essential community service.
