Request for Use of Clubhouse 

Use of the Clubhouse is a perk of membership, but, it is also necessary to request approval formally and receive permission formally for use of the Club house.

The Vice Commodore will receive a request for clubhouse use.   Please use the downloadable form to submit your request to the Vice Commodore.  

Approval

If none of these are true, the Vice Commodore may approve the  request and post the event on the Club's official calendar.   If any of the following is true, the Vice Commodore will submit  the request to the YPYC Board for consideration and make a  recommendation to the Board regarding clubhouse use: 

• The request is being made by a non-YPYC member. 

• The request is being made by an organization that is not  boating related. 

• The request will not include invitations to all YPYC  members AND less than 50% of all expected attendees will  be YPYC members. 

• There be over 70 attendees expected

• There will be alcohol served at the event

If the request is referred to the Board for approval, the following  conditions may apply: 

• An ABC license. 

• Certificate of insurance 

• Security deposit. 

If the request is approved, the Vice Commodore will provide the requesting individual  with a copy of YPYC Clubhouse Rules and the LAST TO LEAVE  CHECKLIST and indicate that these rules and procedures must be  complied with.
