One of the things that makes this experience so meaningful is the people who support it. We’ve been honoured to have judges from the Association of Women Judges, as well as the United Nations Regional Representative Ugo Blanco, and respected national voices like Akash Samaroo. Their presence has not only raised the standard of the competition but has also inspired our participants to aim higher.
More than just trophies, this competition builds real confidence, strengthens critical thinking, sharpens public speaking skills, and creates valuable connections between young leaders and experienced professionals. We’re also looking forward to welcoming more professionals to join our judging panel. Anyone interested in contributing their time and expertise will have the opportunity to sign up and help shape the next generation of leaders.
