1. "Know your audience"
It is very important to look to previous successes among your audience. Create personas, and conduct surveys. Monitors audience feedback, comments, and engagement.
2. Awesome team!
Yes, it's true that team efforts in the right direction will save your time and money and give desirable results within the tight deadline.
3. Empathising the user is very important
I was there at the farmer,s plot for three days to do the contextual inquiry. It gives me a wide range of understanding of their current problems and past experience during the work practices and behaviors.
4. Watering & Training
During the summer season, it was very important for FPO to reduce the temperature of the entire vehicle to increase the shelf life of the grapes. So, installing pillar to fix QR code for watering to fetch the real-time of the watering of the vehicles.
One of my team members gave training in the Marathi language about the application and how to use it.
5. Process Journey Mapping
A customer journey map detailing interactions across various touchpoints throughout the experience of an app, crafted in collaboration with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
6. Paper Prototyping
Initially, I used Paper prototyping to create paper representations of digital products to help them realize concepts and test designs. I drew quick sketches or adapt printed materials and use these low-fidelity screenshot samples to cheaply guide the designs and study users' reactions from early in projects.
7. Physical Model
A physical model is a representation of something using objects. It can be three-dimensional, like a globe. It can also be a two-dimensional drawing or diagram. Models are usually smaller and simpler than real objects.
8. XD Software
I have used XD and illustrator to make this application for mobile and desktop prototypes.

A Spotted dark red area has the opportunity to improve and reduce the trip journey of the vehicles during grape harvesting.
