By using "Your Association," you agree to the following:
Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older to create or join an association.
P2P Nature: You acknowledge that the app is a tool for record-keeping only. The developers are not responsible for any financial loss, non-payment by members, or disputes within an association.
Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your UserKey and DeviceKey secure, as they are required for data recovery.
Welcome to "Your Association". By downloading, accessing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
1. Description of Service
"Your Association" provides a platform for association coordinators, officials, and members to organize and manage their associations. The service includes features for viewing association details, managing membership, organizing roles, and simplifying the registration process for new members.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration, including your geographical location and contact details.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, which is linked to your Google Account.
You agree to use the app in a lawful manner and not for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. Financial Transactions
"Your Association" is a platform for organization and management only. The application and its developers are not involved in, nor are they responsible for, any financial transactions, dues, or payments that may occur between association officials and members. Any financial dealings are strictly between the parties involved, and we bear no liability for any disputes or losses that may arise.
4. Data and Content
While we provide tools to manage and view data, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you input.
The app provides a feature to download a PDF of your data. We strongly encourage you to use this feature as a personal backup. While we strive for data integrity, we are not liable for any data loss that may occur due to server errors or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Limitation of Liability
The "Your Association" app is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the application.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users of the app, us, or third parties.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
