By using "Your Association," you agree to the following:
8. Milestone Rewards Program
8.1 Participation: Users may participate in the Rewards Program by sharing their unique Referral Code. Rewards are non-transferable and are granted only upon reaching the specified thresholds (100 ,200, 500 ,700, 1000+ Verified Active Users).
8.2 Definition of a "Verified Active User": A referral is only counted toward your milestone (Status changed from 0 to 1) once the following conditions are met:
Duration: The referred user must maintain active account usage for at least sixty (60) consecutive days.
Activity for Members: If the referred user is a Member, they must have a recorded history of at least two (2) monthly payments within a real association.
Activity for Responsibles (The 50% Rule): If the referred user is a Responsible (Coordinator), they may use the "Fake Member" feature for association setup and preparation. However, to be counted as a "Verified Active User," the Responsible must:
Start the association.
Invite and convert at least 50% of their "Fake Members" into real, registered app users who actively participate in the association.
Manage the association actively for at least two months.
Points for referring a Responsible are 'Pending' and will not be finalized until the Responsible's association has successfully completed its second month of operation with at least 50% real member participation.
8.3 Fraud and Manipulation:
Creating associations consisting solely or primarily of "Fake Members" or self-managed accounts to reach reward thresholds is strictly prohibited.
The "Fake Member" feature is provided as a utility for association management. Using this feature to simulate growth for the purpose of claiming rewards will result in immediate disqualification from the program and potential account suspension.
8.4 Backend Verification: Our "Activity Tracker" automatically monitors usage patterns. Referral status will remain at 0 until the backend confirms real interaction. The Developer reserves the right to manually audit any account reaching a milestone. If the 50% conversion threshold for real members is not met by a Responsible, that referral will remain "Pending" indefinitely.
8.4.1 Data Collection for Rewards(Privacy sync):
The Activity Tracker collects minimal usage data necessary to verify the 'Active User' status. By participating, referrers and referred users consent to this verification process.
8.5 GAINING POINTS & REWARD: When the user reaches the specified percentages and values to receive the reward, based on the type of reward that the user selected and defined when participating in this program:
8.5.1 When a user earns level one 100 points, the app becomes free and ad-free for one year and plus another user for free.
8.5.2 When a user reaches and obtains level two or three or four or five which they are start from (200,500,700,100) points, In this case, the user has two options:
8.5.2.1 Receive a free full subscription to the application, including all its features, for themselves and numbers of their recommended members for a period of one year based on reached level (level one = 1 plus friend , level two = 2 plus friends and three and four and level five and any plus = 5 friends.
8.5.2.2 Or, redeem those points for cash at a rate of (1,2,3,4,5) Egyptian pound per point based on the reached level in the program. Even if the user is not a resident of Egypt, the points will be converted at the equivalent of (1,2,3,4,5) Egyptian pound per point only based on the reached level in the program.
Points are promotional in nature, have no cash value until a valid redemption request is approved, and do not constitute personal property. The Developer reserves the right to choose the method of payment (e.g., bank transfer, digital wallet) for redemptions.
Note regarding the last choice(8.5.2.2):
This last option is only available if the payment and redemption feature is available within the application.
8.6 Non-Sponsorship: You acknowledge and agree that Google Inc. and its affiliates are not sponsors of, nor are they involved in any way with, the Milestone Rewards Program or any cash redemptions mentioned in these Terms.
