Location Permission (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION): Required to automatically determine your city/area to connect you with local associations.
Google Account (Authentication): Used to verify your identity and protect your account from unauthorized access.
User-Provided Information:
Phone Number: We collect your phone number to help you connect with and search for association officials in your geographical area.
Automated & Sensor-Based Information:
Precise Geographical Location: With your explicit consent, we use your device's location sensors (GPS and network-based) via our LocationInfoHelper to determine your approximate address (Country, Governorate, City, and Locality). We use a "one-time" request pattern to capture this data during registration or profile updates.
Purpose of Location Data: This data is strictly used to help association officials identify members in their geographical area and to verify that you are connecting with real, local community groups. We do not track your movement in the background or store a continuous history of your coordinates.
Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to register and access our service, such as the device model and operating system. This helps us with troubleshooting and improving compatibility.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
To Provide the Core Service: To create and manage your user account, allow you to join and manage associations, and display relevant association details.
For Identification and Connection: Association officials use your location and name to manage their member lists. Your phone number and location help you find local associations and officials.
To Improve Our App: We analyze device and usage information to identify bugs, improve app performance, and develop new features.
To Verify Reward Eligibility: We monitor account activity (such as duration of use and association participation) to verify eligibility for the Milestone Rewards Program and to prevent fraudulent referral claims.
For Communication: We may use your email address to send you important service-related notifications.

How Your Information is Shared

Your information is shared in the following ways to make the app functional:
With Association Officials: When you join or request to join an association, your name, location details, and contact information will be visible to the official(s) of that association for management and identification purposes.
With Other Members (Limited): Some of your non-sensitive information may be visible to other members within the same association, as configured by the association's official, to facilitate community organization.
We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketers or advertisers.

Advertising & Google AdMob

To keep "Your Association" free for our users, we display advertisements provided by Google AdMob.
Data Collection for Ads: Google AdMob may collect and use certain data from your device, including your device's unique Advertising ID, IP address, Device Model, and Usage Logs.
Purpose: This data is used to serve personalized advertisements tailored to your interests, measure the effectiveness of ad campaigns, and ensure security and fraud prevention.
Third-Party Policy: Google’s use of your information is governed by the Google Advertising Privacy & Terms. You can manage your ad preferences through your device's settings (e.g., Reset Advertising ID).

Data Transfer, Storage, Security, and Deletion

Data Access: You can access and view your account details and data at any time within the app.
Data Backup: The app allows for the download of a PDF file containing your details as a personal backup.
Data Deletion: You have control over your data. You can manage your information within the app. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data ,You can navigate into account deletion

Our service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18 (or the relevant age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
