Mentorship
A core part of the Young Haitians in Real Estate (YHRE) Program is mentorship. Each student will be paired with a real estate professional who will serve as a mentor throughout the 12-week program.
The goal is to ensure students always have someone they can turn to for guidance, questions, and encouragement as they explore the real estate industry. Mentors act as a trusted point of contact so students never feel lost while navigating the program.
Mentors will also receive guidance from the program team on how to support students and how to escalate questions if additional expertise is needed.
We welcome mentors from across the real estate ecosystem, including realtors, developers, investors, lenders, property managers, attorneys, and other industry professionals.
