Who can apply to the program?
The program is open to high school and college students ages 16–24 across the United States and Canada who are interested in learning about real estate, business, and wealth-building.
When does the program take place?
The 2026 YHRE cohort will run every Saturday from May 16 through August 8 2026 and the graduation ceremony will take place on August 15.
How many students will be selected?
We will select 30–40 students for the inaugural cohort.
Is there a cost to participate?
No. The program is free for selected participants.
What will students gain from the program?
Students will gain exposure to careers in real estate, connect with mentors, participate in workshops and site visits, and complete a capstone project showcasing what they learned.
How does mentorship work?
Each student will be paired with a real estate professional mentor who will provide guidance and support through a few check-ins during the program.
What is the application deadline?
The deadline to apply for the 2026 cohort is March 31, 2026.
When will students be notified if they are selected?
Selected participants will be notified on April 15, 2026.
