Our mission is focused on improving mental well-being and preventing anxiety through the promotion of self-care and relaxation. In our commitment to enhancing the mental health of others, we've created a social media campaign across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Spotify platforms. Through these platforms, we share empowering content, providing valuable insights and practical tips to enhance mental health.
You Matter is a social media campaign that was made to address and promote mental health among our peers. After researching, we have chosen to focus on anxiety as a prevalent mental health risk factor, emphasizing the vital role of self-care and relaxation as protective factors. Our team is working closely to develop an impactful social media campaign. Through engaging content, such as photos, videos, and interviews, we aim to raise awareness about the significance of self-care and relaxation practices in preventing anxiety and improving mental health. We are also hosting events that involve practicing self-care and relaxation. Our project is not only about understanding and addressing mental health challenges but also inspiring positive actions and fostering a supportive community. Join us on this journey as we strive to make a meaningful impact on mental well-being within our community and beyond.
