Thankful Day
With the demands of work and life in the modern world, many people experience stress, and chronic stress can lead to mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and sleep disorders.
However, we can manage stress by thinking about the positive experiences we have on a daily basis. This process of recalling positive experiences can help us calm our minds and maintain a positive attitude when we experience stress. Therefore, I want to develop an app that allows users to write a short thankful journal every day to reduce their stress levels and focus on positive experiences to help them live a more positive life.
