If we don't get enough sunlight, it can cause serious diseases such as osteoporosis or rickets in severe cases. In addition, according to a research, people who don't get much sunlight are more likely to suffer from depression.

Sunlight has a great influence on us. Sunlight energizes us during the day, helps us sleep better at night and prevents depression.

Purpose

The purpose of this app is to help people live a more energized and healthier day.

It will encourage those who lack sunlight to take a moment to sunbathe for their health. Also, this app will gift busy people a bit of slack.
