🧘 Let’s flow! Teach your child the beginning skills of yoga and mindfulness while having a great time nurturing the connection with your child and meeting other parents. Miss Jana, a certified Baby & Toddler Yoga teacher with a Master’s in Education, artfully uses music, movement, and play to develop body spatial awareness, motor skills, and linguistic expression. Participation in toddler yoga also encourages curiosity, independence, and social relationships. Children will engage in singing, dancing, fun play with props (parachutes, tunnels, puppets, bubbles, ect.), sensory play, and story time. Yoga for adults is infused throughout the class; however, bonding with little ones and other class participants is the focus of this program.
⭐Prior yoga experience is not necessary to enjoy class!

🩷As a part of joining this class community, we'd love to welcome you to join weekly Mommy & Me play dates outside of class.
Please bring a yoga mat, water, receiving blanket, and babies favorite toys for tummy time.

All yoga classes are taught by a certified Childlight Baby & Toddler Yoga Instructor.
Refund Policy
Participants are welcome to join 1 class session to determine their involvement in a program. If a program has finished 2 classes in a session, and a participant has not yet dropped the course, a refund will not be provided. Refunds are also not provided for missed classes.
