I invite you to embark on your Yoga journey with me. My classes move at a slow pace to allow for mindful transitions and space to learn, explore and rest.
Currently, I teach the following classes:

In mindful Yoga, we will start with a breathing exercise to help us grounding and slowly arriving on the mat. We will then move on to asana practice, which is a sequence of stretches that we slowly build up.
This class is perfect if you wish to unwind from a busy week whilst also stenghtening and stretching your body.
Anyone is most welcomed - whether you are new to Yoga or you are a more experienced practitioner.
Mats are provided but feel free to bring your own and bring any specific props you wish to use.

This Slow Vinyasa class is ideal for those beginning their yoga journey or looking to stretch, build strength, and improve flexibility. We begin with gentle breathwork, followed by slow, mindful movements that encourage smooth transitions. The session concludes with a calming and restorative relaxation.
