Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga where movement flows smoothly from one pose to the next, coordinated with your breath. Each inhale and exhale guides your body through stretches, balances, and gentle strength-building sequences. It’s often called “flow” yoga because it feels like a moving meditation — calming the mind while energizing the body. Vinyasa is flexible, so you can move at your own pace, making it great for if you have never done yoga before or if you are a regualar yogi!
