Do I need to have experience to join a class?
Not at all! My classes are open to all levels. I offer variations for each pose so you can practice safely at your own pace.
What should I bring to class?
Bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and an open mind. Please feel free to bring your own blankets and blocks if you wish. I do provide these.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows you to move freely. Bare feet are best for grip and stability.

Can I drop in without booking?
Yes please feel free to come along on the day!
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 12 hours before class can be rescheduled or refunded. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
Where are classes held?
Classes take place at Wolverley Community Hall (DY11 5DH) and St Barnabas Community Hall (DY11 5JN). Both of which have free parking.
What type of yoga do you teach?
I teach Vinyasa Yoga — a dynamic, flowing practice that links movement with breath. Each class blends strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
Can beginners join Vinyasa Yoga?
Absolutely. I guide students through modifications and encourage rest when needed. You’ll build strength and confidence with each session.
