YIPPIE'S LASH ROOM POLICIES

YIPPIE'S LASH ROOM strive to accommodate ever clients to the best of our ability. All of our appointment confirmations with be sent via text or email and a reminder text 1 days prior to your appointment. If you must cancel your appointment please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

APPOINTMENT POLICY

  • Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

  • Please arrive with clean makeup free lashes.

  • Although allergies or sensitivities to lash adhesives are rare they can happen. At YIPPIE'S LASH ROOM we use the highest quality products and proper application techniques/ sanitation to ensure your safety and lash health. YIPPIE'S LASH ROOM is not liable for reactions due to our products.


CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY

  • We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, to avoid a cancellation fee please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • A $30 deposit is required to hold an appointment. Non-refundable deposit if canceled without a 24-hour notice.


LATE ARRIVALS

  • While there is no fee for 15 minutes late arrivals, we will not be able to extend your appointment time.

  • Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule their appointment. (Late cancellation fee applies)

  • We do understand that things happen and will do our best to accommodate you. Please understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In the case of this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.


REFILL POLICY

  • At YIPPIE'S LASH ROOM recommend that all new clients book a removal and new full set if you are from other salon. Other Salons may use different products and techniques that we at YIPPIE'S LASH ROOM do not perform.

  • We recommend our clients get a fill every 2 to 3 weeks from your last service.

  • If it has been 4 weeks or longer since your last service we will require a new full set.
