At the FLL competition, we received the following assignment for our innovative project:
How can you use technology and art to engage others or increase participation in what you love to do?
First, we made a list of things we enjoy doing and then tried to find common interests.
We agreed that many of us are interested in science. Then we remembered that in early September, we attended the Night of Researchers and were intrigued by a booth called SAV, where they displayed visually appealing Petri dishes. Upon closer inspection, we discovered that there was a tree drawn with bacteria in one of the Petri dishes, which inspired us to make the theme of our innovative project "DRAWING WITH BACTERIA."
Therefore, we decided that we will:
Promote science as something we enjoy doing by utilizing visual arts and technology.
We will attempt to create a project that allows us to draw with bacteria at home, thus creating art with the help of technologies like a glove box, and present this art online, specifically through a website.
