Katalyst ignites the leadership spark within undergraduates, offering workshops, speaker sessions, and networking opportunities designed to build the next generation of leaders in science and engineering. Katalyst also offers strong mentorship opportunities with current KSEA leaders with established careers and experience in both industry and academia. With its inaugural year in 2024, Katalyst has since supported the youngest members of KSEA to become national leaders.
Who Should Attend:
Undergraduate students passionate about leadership, community building, and personal development are encouraged to apply.

Applications for Katalyst 2026 participation will open in the Fall. We encourage early submissions and offer a limited number of scholarships for attendees.
