Hosted by KSEA, IMPACTs equips Korean‑American professionals in industry and students transitioning into the workforce with critical career-building tools. Through interactive workshops, expert panels, and mentorship sessions, the conference focuses on soft-skill development, leadership, personal branding, and strategic career advancement—empowering participants to drive their own impact in the corporate world.
Who Should Attend:
Early- to mid-career professionals in science, technology, engineering, and related fields, as well as graduate and undergraduate students preparing to enter industry, who want to strengthen leadership soft skills, network across sectors, and strategically shape their career pathways .
Dates & Venue: Held March 28–30, 2025 at Harrah’s Las Vegas
Theme: “AI Empowered: Transforming Careers Through Technology”—focusing on AI’s role in reshaping workflows, expanding access for non-technical professionals, and promoting ethical, strategic adoption.
Attendees: ~126 professionals, mentors, and participants, including ~200 industry professionals and students.
