ClassPilot stores your scheduling data locally on your device. This includes:
Lessons and scheduling
Documents, templates, imported data
No personal data is collected automatically.
If you enable iCloud Sync, your data is stored securely in your private iCloud account using Apple’s CloudKit. Only you can access this data.
ClassPilot does not have access to your iCloud credentials or your iCloud data.
ClassPilot does not use:
Analytics SDKs
Advertising frameworks
Tracking technologies
Third‑party data processors
Your data is never shared with any third party. It remains on your device or in your private iCloud account if sync is enabled.
ClassPilot may request the following permissions:
Notifications — optional, for Lesson reminders (Pro feature)
All permissions are optional and can be changed at any time in system settings.
You control all data stored in ClassPilot. You may delete:
Individual shifts or notes
Entire calendars
All app data by deleting the app
If iCloud Sync is enabled, deleting the app may also remove synced data from your iCloud account depending on your system settings.
ClassPilot does not target children and does not collect personal information from minors.
