A wide shot of me standing on a rock at Old Kallang Airport
Some of the hobbies I enjoy are playing video games, photography, listening and collecting CDs, records and cassettes, as well as collecting various recreational merchandise.
Some photos I took around City Hall - Sims Ave area in Singapore.
Some context: So these images are some of the first ever photos I've ever taken on film. These photos were my first foray into shooting pictures outside of my house. I was accompanied by a friend while I was taking some pictures and these were some of my favourite shots from that day.
Overall, I'd say my passion for photography really grew after this shoot and I would later do more outings with different film types!
Camera: Nikon F60
Film: Kodak B&W 400TX film.
I took this image during an outing with my friends for a jam session. We were stuck outside cause we were trying to figure out if we booked the right date (we didn't) as you can see by my 2 friends over there.
Group photo!
The 2 vinyl LPs you see are the vinyl record version of my favourite Japanese artist, Hoshimachi Suisei. I absolutely love her songs and have these 2 albums on the CD release version.
When I saw on CD Japan's website that they were doing a limited run of these 2 albums, I obviously jumped at the chance to own them and I must say that the purchase was beyond worth it. This may be the best purchase I have ever made.
This iMac G3 is one that was given to me by my godfather. His family was cleaning out their storage room when they found an iMac G3 and iMac G4. Unfortunately the iMac G4 was not working and we had to scrap it (much to my dismay). But I kept the iMac G3 around to sell it away and format the drive.
After much time and effort, I managed to get the drive formatted to remove all of my godfather's info and then also installed a copy of Microsoft Office 98 Macintosh Edition to test it out. Needless to say, I was very happy the system was working after all these years.
This box contains every single CD I own. I love all my CDs equally... but the CD you see in the 2nd image is unfortunately from my most favourite album released by Hoshimachi Suisei (technically Midnight Grand Orchestra but semantics).
This album, Starpeggio, is literally the BEST album in my opinion. This album contains nothing but peak music. I love every single song in there and is my favourite album by far.
I plan on having this album on as many mediums as possible and so far, I already have it on CD and Spotify (digital). If this comes out on Vinyl you can bet your bottom dollar I'll be buying it.
