微奈米能源與感測元件實驗室位於國立台灣師範大學科技與工程學院機械大樓。實驗室為一10000等級之無塵室,面積共計90平方公尺,其內除更衣室與機電房外,還分為處理光阻微影製程的黃光製程實驗室。
The Micro/Nano Energy and Sensing Devices Laboratory is part of the College of Science and Engineering at National Taiwan Normal University and is located in the Mechanical Engineering Building. The laboratory houses a 90-square-meter Class 10,000 cleanroom equipped with advanced facilities for micro/nano fabrication, materials processing, device packaging, and characterization.
微奈米真空電漿蝕刻、溼式化學蝕刻加工、大氣電漿表面處理與改質與金屬電鑄製程之化學製程實驗室,以及進行微元件檢測封裝、材料熱處理、CVD奈米碳管與石墨烯合成的微系統封裝檢測實驗室。
The cleanroom consists of three specialized laboratories: a Yellow Room for photolithography, a Chemical Process Laboratory for vacuum plasma etching, wet chemical etching, atmospheric plasma surface treatment and modification, and metal electroforming, and a Microsystem Packaging and Characterization Laboratory for device packaging, material heat treatment, and the synthesis of carbon nanotubes and graphene by chemical vapor deposition (CVD).
目前所研究的方向包括微奈米機電系統、奈米結構製作與材料合成、新興微型能源元件(太陽能電池、燃料電池、熱電元件、超級電容)、奈米碳管與石墨烯製備與應用技術等。
Our research focuses on the development of micro- and nanoelectromechanical systems (MEMS/NEMS), nanostructure fabrication, advanced functional materials, and next-generation micro-energy technologies, including solar cells, fuel cells, thermoelectric devices, and supercapacitors. We are also actively engaged in the synthesis and application of carbon nanotubes and graphene for advanced engineering and energy-related applications.
