Working alongside a team of dedicated engineers, our mission is to enhance food sustainability. We propose a solution centered on gathering surplus from establishments like grocery stores and local shops, rescuing viable yet unsold food. This collected surplus is then directed towards composting or distributed to charities and homeless shelters, ensuring a meaningful impact on both environmental and social fronts.
A proposal and website were formulated below to showcase our solution.
Part of a team of like-minded engineers to re-design and create a new website and remodel the brand and brand name for 'Cultural Expressions', a two split business that is in the art industry for black culture but also hosts the largest and longest-running black history month celebration in Durham.
Our main emphasis for the business goal was to attract aspiring black students via extracurricular opportunities while tying back to their business model to promote black culture via signing up for regularly updated newsletters.
