In 2023, an atypical disaster occurred in Cuba: the National Electric System (SEN) collapsed for 4 days. A unique event that brought great uncertainty because communications stopped working and no one knew what had happened. Many thoughts crossed our minds at that time: a coup, an invasion, among others. Although this phenomenon became normal with the passing of the years, as that was the first of many more SEN collapses. During those four days, we took refuge in the intimacy of our home; this work begins by documenting that temporary refuge.
