We are an experimental research group at Department of Pure and Applied Physics of Kansai University. We are interested in nanomaterials and devices. Currently, we particularly focus on 2D materials and heterostructures for device applications. Also, we are interested in device applications of phase change materials. Received a joint Taiwan-Japan research grant from JST. Will work on 2D materials-based nonvolatile memory and neuromorphic applications with the Yen-Fu Lin's group at National Chung-Hsing University for 3 years.
