A nominal registration fee will be charged from all selected participants to confirm their participation. The fee will be fully refunded upon attending the conference. This policy is intended to ensure confirmed participation and minimize last-minute cancellations.

Limited financial support will be available for selected participants requiring travel and/or accommodation assistance. Applicants may indicate their request for financial support during registration. Preference would be given to University students.

Abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Organising Committee based on their scientific quality, relevance to the conference themes, and the overall balance of the scientific programme.
