YA Time Travel Books Series

A time travel book series that started with an adult readership and migrated to the ya time travel books fiction list. What initially started as a way of getting an environmental message across in a fictional  story, is now gaining a metaphysical, spiritual scifi following. 

In the initial book of this time traveler series, the main character is the extraterrestrial Zakeera, a time traveler who takes on the role of caretaker of our planet Earth. When Zakeera overshadows a U.S. senator to get his message across, the senator’s son Aaden plays a minor role in the original story.

Positive feedback from younger readers of the first book, coupled with the worldwide student demonstrations about climate change, were contributing factors in adapting the original story into a sequel, where Aaden awakens to his extraterrestrial heritage. With super human abilities and flashes of memory from his past life experiences in a deja vu setting, Aaden remembers his mission to help save our world from ecological disaster.
