Call for Participation [CONCLUDED]
Call for Posters
We are soliciting extended abstracts (up to 4 pages, excluding references) to be presented as poster papers with a 10-minute talk during the workshop. Accompanying live demos are most welcome!
POSTER PRIZES
The accepted poster papers will be part of a competition! The adjudged winners will be awarded with prizes from META and IEEE RAS TC Haptics, to go with the winners' certificates from the workshop
Workshop keywords, including but not limited to,
XR Technologies (as applied in Robotics) – Interface design, haptics and audition, cognitive and spatial perception, collaboration and usability, throughput and latency, embodiment and presence, etc.
XR in Telepresence, Telexistence, and Telerobotics (space, agriculture, industry, etc.)
XR in collaborative social and/or physical human-robot interaction
XR for perception (visual/haptics/auditory), locomotion, manipulation, mapping, planning in robotics.
XR in telesurgery, tele-medicine, and tele-rehabilitation
XR for robot learning, e.g., learning-from-demonstration, imitation learning, transfer learning, sim-to-real reinforcement learning
XR in other aspects of robotics, e.g., natural language processing, cognitive and ergonomics aspects of XR, etc.

SUBMISSION DETAILS
Format: Submissions should follow the usual IEEE RAS 2-column conference template
Single Blind Review: All submissions to the workshop will follow the single-blind review process
All authors of submitted papers are expected to participate in the review process.
Page Limit: Submissions can be up to 4 pages, excluding references and appendices
References + Appendices cannot exceed 2 pages
Dual Submission:
Papers to be submitted or in preparation for other venues (e.g., ICRA, IEEE VR, ISMAR, etc.) in the field are welcome
Live Demos: Please contact the workshop organizers, if you would like to include live demonstrations of your technologies
This should be done after the paper acceptance
Visibility: The submissions and reviews of the accepted papers (camera-ready versions) will be made public on OpenReview.
The content of the manuscript is the authors' responsibility, and any content that is deemed confidential should be avoided in the camera-ready submission.
This workshop will not have official / archival proceedings. The complete workshop may be video recorded for later release on YouTube.
