Postdocs

• I am pleased to share that I have been selected as a scout in the Henriette Herz Scouting Programme of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation and can directly recruit up to three international postdoctoral researchers as Humboldt Research Fellows, without requiring candidates to submit a proposal to the Humboldt Foundation.

1. Machine Learning prediction of reversals in thermal convection and geomagnetic field (co-supervised together with Johannes Wicht)

2. DNS of low Prandtl number convection  (co-supervised together with Laurent Gizon)

3. Keplerian turbulence: thermal and magnetic effects

4. Data driven method for CFD

Master thesis

• There are various topics available in our group (unsteady bio-locomotion, turbulence, machine learning in CFD, geo- and astrophysical flow).
