Computational Flow Physics and Data Assimilation

PI: Xiaojue Zhu(朱晓珏)

We are a Max Planck Research Group based at the Max Planck Institute for Solar System Research, Goettingen, Germany.  Our group focuses on large-scale numerical simulation of turbulence, data-driven methods for CFD, and fluid-structure interaction.  Our research is funded by the Max Planck Society, the German Research Foundation (DFG), the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, and the Daimler and Benz Foundation at the moment. Our simulations are supported by the Max Planck Computing and Data Facility, the Gauss Center for Supercomputing, and various National High Performance Computing Centers in Germany.
