Xiaojia Guo (郭晓葭) 

I am an Assistant Professor of Decision, Operations and Information Technologies in the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park. Prior to joining the school, I received my Ph.D. in Management Science and Operations from UCL School of Management, University College London. 

My research interests include Business Analytics, Decision Analysis, Bayesian Statistics, Probabilistic Forecasts, Machine Learning and Combining Forecasts. My current research is mainly devoted to the following areas: (1) new methods that can produce better distributional predictions, (2) aggregation of experts' opinions or model outputs, and (3) practical implementation of predictive analytics and data science in supporting decision making.
