Abstract submission deadline is 15 June 2026
1) Language: since the conference will be conducted in the English language, abstracts must be written in English as well.
2) Format:
Maximum title length: 250 characters (including spaces).
Maximum abstract length: 2000 characters (including spaces, do not add any figures or tables, plain text only), excluding title, authors, affiliations and acknowledgements.
3) Review & Notification:
Corresponding authors will receive an e-mail notification of acceptance, rejection, or presentation type change before the registration deadline.
Each author may submit more than one abstract.
4) Authorship:
The submitting author must ensure all co-authors approve the content before submission.
5) Publication:
Accepted abstracts will appear in the Book of Abstracts, available on the conference website prior to the conference.
