Before you start the Hands-on Training, you should first take the Pre-Course Exam, NO MORE INTERVIEWS.
To proceed in Phase 1, open the Thinfi link below (at the green button) for the Pre-Course Exam.
Thinfi link password is already provided in the first auto-reply in Checker Joan. If you haven't received such message, just type PASSWORD in the message chat box. There are instances that the auto-reply feature is not working, kindly wait for my reply.

Take the Pre-course Exam and fill-up the Registration form afterwards. There's no need to sign-up in the website, the Admin will do that, so no need to ask for my referral email and invitation code.
Please indicate YOUR OWN FACEBOOK LINK, the one you used in contacting me in my Facebook Page and/or my Messenger. Make sure that the account is active and not a dummy one. This is where we can identify you since we don't ask for any IDs.
Don't forget to choose my name “Joan Zsarina Valle / Jasmine JZ” as the one who referred you. I am also your TM (Team Manager).

Save the details you've got in my message update in a Notepad.
Bookmark the bitmappro site in your browser.
Follow the steps in the info pics below to login the bitmappro site, until you click Show Password.
Then get your Software uid and Password then save them in a Notepad.

This training and this work is not a joke. Avoid doing these:
Submitting an empty map. You have 24 hours (or more) time limit to practice and finish a task. Don't skip a task by submitting it right away just to proceed with the next task.
Drawing weird-shaped roofs. Always use RIGHT ANGLE TOOLS. Label only the eaves part of the roof (outside/base frame) and not the rakes/ridge/hips/valleys parts of the roof (inverted V). You can search in Google those parts of the roof.
Skipping the Training Guide/s. You are given some time after the Pre-course Exam (that's during the account registration) to study and watch the Training Guides.
Neglecting checker's comments and warnings. If you are caught doing this in numerous times, your account might get BLOCKED by the Management.

After installing the pre-requisite and extracting our software and watching all training videos and guides, you can now login our ginger ids we saved in a notepad from Section 04.
Open “ginger-2025”, choose “Agree”, and enter your Ginger ID (Software uid) and Password you saved in a notepad from Section 04. Follow the info pics below.
If the software asks you to update, let it update and restart ginger (click Yes to auto-update).
If it fails, I attached the link for Latest Ginger Version below.
Note: Start the hands-on training tasks if you finished the Steps 01-09 above. Some applicants/trainees still ask questions regarding the topics above, so they obviously skipped those, thus they don't follow my first instruction.

(OPTIONAL) Join our XFNITE TRAINING GROUNDS Discord Community Server.
Change your server nickname in Discord. Use your Ginger sitename/username. This will test how well you know your account.
(MANDATORY) Please do Follow/Like/Share my Facebook Page Checker Joan (of Xfnite).
(MANDATORY) Join our own Xfnite Team JZ - Batch B 2025 group chat.
Read my welcome message there regarding the training flow.
I can do the visual checking on your task before you submit them. This will lessen the waiting time for the training checkers to check your task. Just send a full window screenshot of your task in the group chat.

If you are done with the Hands-on Training, try to check from time to time and download task if the checkers have push-backed tasks for you to fix.
If all of the tasks are correct/approved, you should receive a pop-up saying "Congratulations.." after you download a task. Take a screenshot of it.
Please fill-out the Verification Form.
Note: ONLY FILL-OUT if you already have the “Congratulations..” pop-up.
Instructions can be found in the last part of Training Answers - Guide Doc.
Make sure to fill-up the Verification form with your correct details. Double check spellings and make sure you provide the correct Facebook link of YOUR active account (don't use poser/dummy account).

After filling out the Verification Form, you are about to proceed with the Rules and Guidelines. You have to bookmark the link.
The link for the Rules and Guidelines is password protected, the password will be given by Sir Cedrick Sabrine once he is done Verifying your account after you filled out the Verification Form in Section 12.
You may message him together with a screenshot of your results in Ginger software.
