Make sure you followed Steps 04 and 10, and double check for extra spaces or digits. To be sure, when logging in the ginger software, copy and paste first your ginger software uid and ginger password into a Notepad and then copy and paste them again into the software.

Disable your antivirus program and restart your Wi-Fi router. If error still persist, update your windows 10 via windows settings and restart.
Redownload the 3 files if needed.

Restart your Wi-Fi router for at least 1min, restart your PC. Open control panel, change time zone, and choose +8 Singapore.

You might have Topology errors.
To remove them you need to fix the topology errors, or redo the label. After fixing press “CTRL+T”.
If the task was push backed by the training checker because you have error/s, the lines can’t be remove but it is okay as long as you follow and fixed the training checker comments, you can resubmit the task.

You were given 24 hours time limit per task. If you exceed the time limit, your current task will reset. That means your edits will be gone and you have to download the task in default state. Don't worry, this will only apply in your current task, the previous ones will not be affected.
